He is Graduated in Law in A Coruña University (2013-2017), Graduated in Journalism at the National Journalists Association of Cuba in Exile (2013-2017) and MBA in “International Construction Management” at European University of Madrid (2017-2018).
He made different courses and specializations in business, management, health or security from Wharton, MIT, Harvard, INSEAD, Yale, New York University, Berklee, Columbia, ESSEC, Indian School of Business, London Business School, Princeton, Stanford or The Johns Hopkins University, between others.
He received in 2019 the Honorary Doctorate (Honoris Causa) in Human Rights and Diplomacy by the ASEAN University International (Indonesia) and Honorary Doctorate of Philosophy in Environmental Peace by Noble International University (USA).
In 2016 he started in the field of Law research about family law and private property. Since his beginnings in the academic field, he became a member of several academies and received more than twenty international awards.
Nowadays, he works in Higher Education in university as Associate Professor and Vicepresident of Communications at ASEAN University International as Visiting Professor and Advisor to the Pranab Mukherjee Chair for Sustainable Development, Research, Skill Advancement and Education at ICFAI University as well as Advisor of IIC University and of City University Group.
He has been contributing to education in media trough Official blogs of universities like Harvard, Yale, Berkeley, University of Southern California, Indiana University or Oregon University Online and press like MSNBC, The Times of India and The Economic Times; or companies like Microsoft in the website of Education.
His efforts in Higher Education had been developed in his own project, Al-Khalifa Business School, one of the fastest growing internationally accredited learning institutes since its founding in 2019 that has the support of some of the greatest family offices and UHNWI with headquarters in the Middle East.
He is an elected fellow of the Royal Asiatic Society, the Royal Society of Arts and the Royal Anthropological Institute of the United Kingdom and he has been knighted and honored by different churches, religions and representatives for service to the monarchs and heads of countries.
In 2020 he was appointed as commissioned Kentucky Colonel. Kentucky Colonel is the highest title of honor bestowed by the Commonwealth of Kentucky. Commissions for Kentucky colonels are given by the Governor and the Secretary of State to individuals in recognition of noteworthy accomplishments, contributions to Kentucky society, remarkable deeds, and outstanding service to a community, state, or the nation. The Governor of Kentucky bestows the honor of a colonel’s commission, by the issuance of letters patent.
Sir Manuel is an advisor of some Princes and Royal Houses around the World as well as an Honorary Ambassador of different organizations related to the United Nations. Since July of 2018, he is the President of the Private Council of the Prince Mahmoud Salah Al-Din Assaf, one of the most ancient Royal Families of the Middle East.
Since 2019, he is a contributor of Le Monde and Le Figaro. He published 8 books with 24 years old and has been featured and Interviewed as an author in media like Forbes, Cosmo, CNBC, CBS, ABC or Fox News.
As a philanthropist, he is considered one of the most relevant supporters of the Middle East since he received the award ”Best Human Leader for 2017” given by the IDPs National Centers of Iraq. He was considered as one of the 250 Top Influencers of the Middle East in 2019, as referenced in the magazine Cosmo Chic.
