I have been friends with Phil since the 70's when we graduated from high school in Canton, MA.. He's an officer with the Sharon Police Department in Sharon, MA. Phil is an all around great guy and cop. Understanding, kind and compassionate. He goes above and beyond every day, just ask his commander. Beyond his position with the SPD, he contributes to his and other local communities off-duty all the time--just look at his FB page, asking others to support his worthy causes.
