I Britany Marcia would like to nominate the founder and president of Jackson Michigan Giving Back to the Community Brenda Hughes. She is one of the most giving people I have had the honor of having in my life. She has the biggest heart her and her nonprofit work hard everyday to ensure that no one goes hungry or without basic needs. She sacrifices her needs to help others in the last month her and her organization has helped over 300 families. She started her nonprofit in 2019 out of her basement and since has found a building and 90% of cost are covered out of her own pocket. She judges no one and never hesitates to help anyone in need. Since purchasing her building in 2020 she has served over 30,000 families/individuals.
