I met Casey Evans 5 years ago when she became my next-door neighbor. There has never been one single day that Casey has not gone out of her way to help someone in the neighborhood. Every time we go to the store she says hello to everyone and goes out of her way to make them smile. I have never met anyone as strong as she is, overcome as much as she has, and remain happy day after day after day. She is always in a good mood and always strives to see the very best in people. I find myself always wanting to spend my free time with her because she reminds me of how grateful we should always be no matter what our circumstances are. She has the best outlook on life and a very strong faith in God. I nominate Casey Mirage Evans because she makes everyday brighter.
