Charlene is awesome because she is a special grandmother who lives in my area . I admire her from afar as she cares for her two young grandchildren almost full time as her daughter is working on the front lines of health care. Her grandkids adore her Charlene is very active in our community working with marginalized people , she was the administrator coordinator for LOFT community services and volunteers at various locations in Parkdale. She is really a pillar of strength for her family , a true matriarch and great example , who really deserves some praise and admiration . She is a lovely down to earth person
