This is not the first time I have attempted to put Dana forward for the ASBGood as Gold. We have yet to get any response from you. Dana is as good as if not better than many of the recipients that have been put forward to date. That is not to say those recipients haven’t been worthy . Dana is an exceptional person with a heart for people. Her Op shop has a fantastic name in the community of Rolleston helping so many families with items, shoes, bedding & food . We have given $1000s away to community projects , now also offering counselling when needed & also have saved this year alone 23 tonnes of rubbish going into the waste.
Recently Dana ran a Christmas tree Wonderland where over 30 trees were individually decorated, over 1000 came through for a magical Christmas experience. Free tea & coffee, Christmas cake & carols were sung giving a true Christmas season feeling .
Dana runs miles in her car & does so much for others we would really appreciate her being rewarded for her efforts.
