She is a Staff Sergeant in the Young Marines. She has also started her own charity. Her charity is called Operation Puppy Tags. She serves veterans with PTSD dogs. She provides them with food, treats, and toys. She hopes to eventually be able to provide for vet bills. She also serves her community by volunteering. All this without ever asking for anything in return. She does it because she wants to . That is why I feel she is more than deserving of this award.
