I have known Mary DiBiase for over 25 years. She has adopted over 200 children since these 25 years. He cares for every one of those children as if she was their biological mother from different races, white, black, Spanish and others. All these children are all very happy to call her their mother. She has given hope and joy to all these children who would have grown up or be on drug be cause of not having a mother. I feel such a woman should receive your awesome award.
