Naytalia is awesome because she runs the show at PepsiCo FritoLay like a true #WomanBoss. She always goes above and beyond for her team members no matter what - even if they mess up and crash a Frito truck, Naytalia drives to the scene and helps in every way possible. Sometimes she gets out and directs traffic around the accident. Sometimes she chases down the thieves stealing the catalytic converter off the Frito truck. Whatever it takes, Naytalia does it.
